Roshanda Hanson is a graduate of the Jesse H. Jones School of Business at Texas Southern University, where she obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. She is currently the Director of HR Operations at a global company headquartered in Houston, TX and co-owner of Hanson Vacation Rentals, a vacation rental real estate company in Galveston, TX. Prior to her current role, Roshanda spent many years working in the human capital consulting industry. Roshanda has a heart for people and spends most of her professional and personal time encouraging, mentoring and empowering others to succeed. Roshanda is a key leader at above and beyond fellowship and she oversees the outreach ministry and everything else they need.
