Coach Me To Lead (CMTL) started with a vision in 2008 that God gave to our founder and President, William J. Lindsey, D. Min. In was a vision to start a leadership coaching network that would instruct, influence and impact Church Pastors and Church Leaders. In 2008 CMTL held some private leadership gatherings with local Pastors and leaders but the demand for more training grew and CMTL went public in 2009.
Coach Me To Lead first introduction leadership training inaugural for Senior Pastors was held on Tuesday, October 27, 2009, and our first official class was held on November 17, 2009, in the very same year of our Lord.
Since that time Dr. William J. Lindsey had been blessed to coach over 200 Pastors in the City of Houston and surrounding counties. Coach Me To Lead empowered leaders for ten straight years from 2008 until 2018 when God all of a sudden God led Dr. Lindsey to have the ministry to take a sabbatical. After a three-year sabbatical God led Dr. Lindsey to relaunch CMTL for Fall season 2022. Dr. Lindsey has begun to rebuild the brand, the logo, the courses and a brand-new high-capacity team. CMTL is bigger than it has ever been with many new team members through the nation of our country serving in a variety of positions to help support the vision, mission and core values of CMTL. Coach Me To Lead has partnership with many great organizations to help each student be fully equipped in their leadership roles and for their educational path. CMTL is excited to offer for the first time in their history, online courses for those churches and Pastors located throughout the nation.
